Like I said before, the idea is that each and every single moment of this life happens simultaneously, if you collapse the time line into one dot. The 'here and now' concept sends the mind in wrong direction. Much more interesting effect can come from trying to feel 'everywhere and every time'. Here and now = everywhere and every time. Stretch your perception from beginning of your life to its end, connect two ends, wrap yourself around it and then feel it all in one moment.. ;) Everything that happened and all that yet to come, all of it.. without time. Infinitely. It's Unity.
